Here at CONSTRUCT DRAFTING SERVICES are mission is to bring your building project to reality with the least amount of stress on your part. We do this by meeting the documentation needs that are demanded by your builders and local council inspectors, and more importantly by you the client. We will consult with you at every step to make sure your expectations are met and you get the building you deserve.
Essentially I offer a architectural design and drafting service from concept plans through to building consent documentation at a very competitive price. As an Architectural Technician my fees are a lot lower than a Registered Architect would charge, and reflecting the lower cost, the services I offer are not as comprehensive.

Over 30 years experience in the construction industry, starting on the tools as a carpenter and joiner progressing into the role of an Architectural Technician. Before starting my own company I gained experience working on a variety of building design firms involved in large commercial projects through to small residential work.

Construct Drating Services is licensed under the DESIGN CATEGORY.
For those unfamiliar with this system, the Department of Building and Housing have initiated a scheme which becomes compulsory on 1st March 2012 that restricts certain building work only to those who hold the appropriate licensing class. This not only applies to design, but also the actual construction, of which each trade have their own LBP catergory.
